Collapsible Menu Updated

Thanks to a comment by E P Alton, my collapsible menu script has been updated to include an expand all and collapse all feature. The accordion example has no use for this as only one menu is supposed to be open at a time, and it really doesn’t make much sense to include a collapse all link for the only menu that would be open.
